New to lifting - where to start

    Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you know how I could find a decent weight-lifing program.

I am not a member of a gym yet but plan to be in a few months. In the meantime, I am going to workout at home. The equipment I have is a weights bench and a set of dumb bells, with some weights. I also have a 'sit-up bench' thing.

I am doing some bench presses, some dumb bell work and some sit-ups but I do not really know what I am doing. I know I need to vary my workouts to cover the entire body. I am also taking a protein shake once per day.

I am a 6 foot tall male and just under 73kgs. I am fairly skinny and I want to bulk up. I 'was' fairly fit last year as I ran a marathon but it didn't do much for bulking up (I wasn't running for that reason).

Do any of you know where I could find a good work-out?

    Any suggestions are welcome,
    Walrus
