Help putting on weight.

    Hey all,

    I'm not dreadfully skinny by all means but I've always had quite a fast metabolism... so when I became unwell a few months back I did lose a little bit of weight.
    I've been eating the same as usual but don't seem to be getting anywhere. Would any of you know of any healthy enough foods I could start cramming into me? :pac:

    Full fat coconut milk!!! c. 800 kCal per 400ml Can (93c in the asian market)

    I may have to start working for the Coconut Milk Board. :)
