Suggestions for work out - general weight loss

    Hi Folks,

    Just wondering if anyone could suggest a starting workout for losing extra body fat? I've just signed up for the new Ben Dunne Gym in Lucan, currently I'm very out of shape (combination of boozing and poor eating habbits).

    The background being that I was pretty fit up until about 4 years ago, then gradually over a period of time I stopped exercising and progressively got heavier, recently I've decided to finally sort it out.

    My intention would be to lose the belly initially and try to build up overall stamina, I'm naturally pretty stocky and did used to be quite toned in the past, the problem is that I've never been this out of shape so I'm asking you folks for suggestions on what you consider the best workout to kick off with (and yeah, I know the first thing to do is not booze so much and eat properly lol)
