so i'm having a look at this website
    http://www.dominos.com/home/menu/calometer.jsp#

i put in a 12" medium "hand tossed" (which i assume is regular base) with regular cheese. i've added ham, sausage and beef.

this is saying my meal is 250 cals. serving size says 1/8 of a pizza though.

am i reading this right then that if i eat the whole thing i'm taking in 250*8=2000 calories?

    thanks

Looking at the ww points I reckon so, about 3.5-4 pts per slice, so even half a pizza is a whole days worth of my points!

i don't follow the whole ww points thing at all. i'm not a calorie counter either but it's nice to know the major things.

obviously pizza is a no-no that should be avoided, but i wouldn't have thought it that bad either.

Unfortunately dominos is bloody lethal, one of those little garlic pizza breads has the guys of 600 calories. You can see the nutrition guides for UK/Ireland here , a medium pizza with some nice tasty meats on it could *easily* hit the 2000 calorie mark. Shocking stuff :(
