What disease would you choose if you were diagnosed?

If you were diagnosed with a disease, doesn't matter if it is major or minor, what one would you be comfortable to have if it came down to it? Let me explain a bit better,

SCENARIO: your in the doctor's office and he/she says to you, listen Joban (your name), you are about to die but there is a way you can still live, I can inject you with a disease of your choice, you will have this disease for the rest of your life. What disease tickles your fancy the doctor would then say? showing you a giant archive of disease in test tubes, all different colours.

Now you can not choose obesity or alcoholism because they are simply not diseases, no discussion on that one, you have to state your disease and why you could live with it, i'll begin:

Hypertrichosis or Werewolf Syndrome, reason: recently saw The Wolfman

i mean come on, we have all seen how cool Teen Wolf was
