    HI Guys,

    Strange one this. I've always suffered from lower back pain. But I fell down a mountain under a quadbike 1 year ago.

    I still have some minor swelling on the lower back. It has gone down gradually over the year. I've got an MRI done and GP said it's minor wear and tear?

    Still sore, should I get another opinion on it? I have the MRI disk?

    Go see a good physio or osteopath/chiropractor.

    Yeah I know a physio i used to go with it who might take a look at the scan..

    Cnyone recommend a chiropractor?

    Actually just gonna go with a bit of core work over the next few months it seems to have eased off a bit...
