    Hi

i have given myself a diagnosis of rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder. Can anyone recommend a physio in Dublin city or north city to get me on the right track and fix the shoulder?

I am reluctant to shell out to a GP so s/he can scratch thier chin and refer my to a specialist.

    thanks.

    Hi There

Sorry to hear about the injury and I would strongly advise that you get a professional diagnosis before you start any self prescribed treatment.

Not on Dublin's north side, but 5 minutes from the dart station in Dun Laoghaire. I find him really good and well worth travelling to.

Drop me a PM if you woudl like his contact details.

Also folks, the OP has not sought any additional diagnosis or treatment advice, so lets keep responses to Physio recommendations please.

    Best Regards,

    M

    Hi mate,

I tore my rotator cuff a few years back and ended up getting a bankart repair surgery. In fairness i had a torn labrum too but i have had several mates who have had surgery for only rotator cuff problems.
If i were you i would go to yoru GP and get reffered ASAP. Could be a lot worse than you think. Hopefully not though! Let us know how you get on and what you decide to do
