you can't spot reduce fat. keep at it and it'll get there eventually. on the gym workout side of things, i'd do free weights with barbells and dumbbells instead of machine weights, big compound movements etc. this was all covered in the bunch of threads you've started since you joined a few short months ago: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/search.php?searchid=12901245

so my advice is to take the advice you've already been given by transform et al, and keep working hard.

    EAT BREAKFAST.

Skipping meals is not clever. I don't know why people think skipping breakfast is good for fat loss?

    +1

eat breakfast, some oats and fruit

try to have your fruit early in the morning or early in the day so you can utilize the simple carbs for energy. But in saying that you are working out 7 days a week . you might want to replace the cardio on gym days with heavy compund lifts, squat, deads, bench etc.

and maybe have a rest day if you can. it would probably be beneficial to take a week off and let your body recover completly and get stuck in again with a fresh legs/body.

and the number one thing that you will need is........ patience.

You want to lose fat? How do you expect to do this not eating breakfast?
breakfast gives your metabolism a kick start in the morning which will help burn calories over the whole day and its a good way to get decent nutrients while your body needs them after the how ever many hours you sleep without food.
You're diet isn't great either! you seem to eat a hell of a lot of fruit and veg but hardly any protein coming from real food sources (red meat, chicken, eggs, fish etc.)?

Also move away from the machines and focus on the big (free weight) lifts such as Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Overhead Press, Chins, Dips..
These will get you far better results than machines if you work hard

just got programe updated ,doin free weights as well as machines and floor work aswell . low reps(10-15) of heavy weights and high reps(20-30) of light weight's straight after and in sets or 3's. i can feel it by end of work out anyway.:D:D

    whats the split look like?
10-15 reps isn't low? 2-5 is more considered a low rep range

What is the programme in full?
It sounds overly complicated and not too good from the brief description you gave
