I keep getting these muscle aches/spasms in my back r.g. on friday it started on the left side just under the shoulder blade.. then eased that eve and started up again yesterday in my lower let back and spread to under my left rib cage. Then eased and today it is under my right shoulder blade and around my neck.

i do not know what is causing - but it seems to be worse in the mornings.

i did have a compressed fracture of the lumbar 1 18 months ago but i do not know if there is a connection between it and these aches i am having now.

does anyone have any idea what would be the right treatment for this? physio? massage? or???

    thanks.

oh and i'm in cork if anyone can recommend someone??

Im going to leave this open....but no medical advise as its against the forum charter...

However people feel free to recommend a gp/physio in cork area.
