been training teams for a couple of years now and loving it but would love to a better knowledge of sports and training in general. its great coming on here looking for answers from the regulars but would love myself to have alot of the answers to questions i have about training a team properly.
i would love to be able to do a part time or evening course (due to work) in sports science or something in that vain. i'm based in cork but can't find anything down here which would suit me. has anyone done anything like this or can ye recommend any courses in the munster area??
    cheers!

look at number 2 - the RTWTS course

Its an online sports course with roughly one workshop per week.
    costs about 800 in total,

I just finished it there a few weeks ago and found it very good,
