    Hi all,

    Stats 5-10 76kg

    Basically i have been doing cardio and have a highish level of fitness however i dont seem to have enough time to do weights which i enjoy doing. I havent done weights in about 3-4 months before then i was doing starting strenght exercises but without adding the weights week in week out

    My general weekly fitness plan is;

    Monday Cycle to work 2 x 35mins
    Tuesday Gaa Football trianing
    Wednesday Rest
    Thursday Football
    Friday Cycle to work 2 x 35
    saturday rest
    Sunday Football match

    As you can see i am getting plenty of exercise but want to get involved in weights again as i enjoy the feeling and results. What day would be best to do them, i could try and get in to the gym in the morning but would that be ott. My goals would be extra bit of strenght and better definition. How many days would i need to do plus what progamme. I did see the results when i did starting strenght exercises (i didnt do the programme)

    Thanks

    Thanks but think i would be knackered at that. Might have to give up the cycling to fit the weights in
