    Hi,

Was wondering does this happen with anyone else?

When i am doing squats, regardless of its an empty bar or a decent weight by about the 8th rep i start to get pins & needles in my arms. The only reason i can think this might be is ive poor shoulder flexibilty and maybe this is the cause as my shoulders are being forced back behind the bar for a long period?

    Any thoughts?

    Cheers

I get the same thing, The problem is, Where i place the bar on my shoulders. Its cutting the blood off to the hands!

Just move the bar down or up a bit.

Where are you gripping the bar, how wide are your hands?

Where are you positioning the bar on your back?
