Brazil v Chile

    TEAM NEWS

Brazil star Kaka returns from a one-match ban, while Elano has recovered from an ankle injury.
Robinho will also be available after missing the draw with Portugal because of muscular pains.
Felipe Melo is doubtful with a sprained ankle, while Julio Baptista is nursing a knee problem.
Chile will be without three players due to suspension.
Midfielder Marco Estrada was sent off against Spain, while defenders Waldo Ponce and Gary Medel received yellow cards, their second cautions of the tournament.
However, Matias Fernandez and Carlos Carmona return after bans.
Coach Marcelo Bielsa must decide whether to play target-man Humberto Suazo, who looks short of match fitness, or keep faith with Jorge Valdivia.
One booking from ban: Fabiano, Juan, Melo, Ramires (Brazil); Suazo, Valdivia (Chile)

I fancy this game to throw up goals and finish level in 90 mins.

    I've gone with the draw in 90 mins @ 3/1 & Over 3.5 @ 11/4.

    Brazil (- 0.75) Asian Handicap @ 1.73 (Betdaq)

With the Chile suspensions and a high pressing style of play (usually), I'd fancy the Brazilians to cut them up on the counter attack and I fancy them strongly. If Suazo doesn't start, Chile seem to be lacking in the finishing department. I'd tip Fabiano to get a handful of clear cut chances and he's 6/5 (bet365) to score and 13/2 the brace.

Nothing in this game is really sticking out at me like klose did yesterday.

Expect brazil to win but the odds are too low to make it worthwhile.

its going to be a great game . i fancy brasil to win 2 . 1 and even a cheeky bet of chile ht brasil ft.

    More than worth a punt.

    Brazil to win the match
    9 or less corners
    Card Index:Up to and including 65 points @ 6/1
    Live Trebles
    Brazil v Chile

I have this ^ with a double on a Holland live treble.

I'll have the above treble as a single bet as well. Ridiculous not to.

But anyway, if Brazil win within the 90 minutes that will settle a lot of my doubles and trebles I have :)

How does a handicap draw work?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 605 ✭✭✭Lmao_Man

Adnan Alves - that's not a bad treble at all.....I'm really thinking about that.

Time to see how many corners the brazilians usually get.

    8.50 on this :

    Brazil to win the match
    9 or less corners
    Card Index:Up to and including 65 points @ 6/1

Then I have 1.50 on the same bet but 11 corners or more at 13/2 just incase.

    Nice spot.

i like the Brazil to win and Fabiano to score anytime bet

  • Site Banned Posts: 26,456 ✭✭✭✭Nuri Sahin

If Brazil wins in the 90 minutes I'll get near 170 euros from my trebles, accum and double.

So not extra many bets from me on this one.

But like HS, I like the look of Fabiano to score AT and Brazil win @ 2/1.

Probably have another live treble has it's proved to be more than worth bar the lHolland game

You could lay Brazil to secure a guaranteed profit?

means fcuk all now in fairness

    Chile could spring a suprise.

I'll be having a small stake @ almost 6/1 on Chile draw no bet that's for sure.

It's probably unlikely but I've been very impressed with them so far and imo it's worth a small wager.

Disagree. Games in question were not long ago and it's not like both teams now have radically different personnel.

Put 100 euro on the following treble:
    Holland to win
Brazil V Chile to have over 1.5 goals
    S.Williams to beat Sharapova
    Returns 231.43

    50 euro double on:
    Sneijder anytime goalscorer
    Fabiano anytime goalscorer
    Returns 295.91

So far so good. Just need Fabiano to score and there to be over 1.5 goals and i have 527 euro in the bag.

Small bet on Brazil -1 on the Asian handicap for me

    2.0 with Bet365

Value Seeker, I understand Asian H'caps, but of out curiousity, why do Betdaq go .75 instead of, lets say .5 like most other bookmakers I've seen. I know they're one and the same in football. Or is the question "Why do other bookmakers go .5 instead of .75?"
Anyway, although Brazil haven't been amazing, I still fancy them. -1.0 @ evs with 365

Ha, I see I'm not alone!

Think Brazil will be too good tonight, really outclassed them in the qualifiers.

    20 Brazil over 1.5 goals @ 5/6
    20 Fabiano MOTM @ 10/3

    Both Bet365.

Dunno why, but I went with a gut feeling and put 20 on Kaka to score two or more at 16/1

Ha, I see I'm not alone!

    .75 is different from .5 or .25.

With +0.75 50% of your bet is on is on +.5 and 50% is on +1.0.

With + 0.25 50% of your bet is on +0 and 50% is on +.5.

+.5 is just a single bet.

300 euro of Tennis winnings going all on this game. Haven't had much bets on recent games.

200 on Brazil to win and Fabiano to score. Enhanced PP bet at 3.00.
50 on Brazil to score in both halves. Enhanced PP bet at 3.00.
20 on Brazil to score 2 or more second half goals. 3.20 on PP.
10 on Robinho to score 2 or more goals. 10 on PP.
10 on 4 or more goals. 3.00 on PP.
10 Robinho first scorer and Brazil win 3-1. 41.00 on PP.

Hopefully some winners and at least break even.

Brazil to score in both halves 13/8

    Brazil -1.5 7/4

    Fabiano anytime 5/4

    Suazo anytime 9/2

Chile Draw no bet almost 5/1

    Both teams to score evens

Chile to score in both halve 9/1

A few speculative ht/ft bets thrown in too at huge odds. will post up if they win :o

About €60 or so worth of bets. Fabiano scoring will almost cover the lot.

    Good luck all.

Yeah that corners part of that treble might ruin everything for me.

But as a back up if there's 11 or more corners I'll have the same amount that I started with.

No more corners this half please, lol.

I know yeah....small enough bet though so if it happens if happens.

    Chances of that though :p

  • Site Banned Posts: 26,456 ✭✭✭✭Nuri Sahin

I'm not fussed on my trebles, though I'm fairly covered all round except for Chile winning. Risky I know.

Brazil just have to win for me, simple as that. That'll be just under the 170 euros in the pocket.

I'll be happy with that tbh as the group stages were such a massive fail.

    7 corners now ffs.

Want corners now for 11 or more and hope everything else works out to get back my stake.
