Food allergies and intolerances kids, HELP WITH RECIPES!!!!

    Hi all, I really need a help please. We have to avoid all these
    and to be honest...i don't know what to cook and bake my kids and myself
    If you please have any ideas of recipes, breakfast, lunchboxes and all other main meals, plus bake goodies that kids would eat. Please let me know, it would be wonderfull help, Kind Regards Petra :o

    gluten free
    yeast free
    potato free
    nut free (almond is ok though)
    corn free
    soy free
    eggs free
    pork free
    very low on sugar

    Have you see the book "what to eat when you can't eat anything"?
    written by an Irish teenage brother & sister.

    I have a few recipes that might suit you here: http://myadventuresinveg.blogspot.com/ and check out the blogroll for some other blogs that might be of use :)
    'What to Eat....' is a great book but it is not gluten-free or vegetarian. It has some lovely recipes in it though!
    If you google for recipes you'll find blogs, recipe sites etc that would be of use too.
