Pornstar Saves Man Jailed for Child Porn

Don't know how I missed this story from a few months back.

Simon Timmerman, a pizza delivery guy from Brooklyn New York bought a Little Lupe (Lupe Fuentes) DVD while vacationing in Venezuela.

On his way back through Puerto Rico, US customs noticed the DVD and believing Little Lupe (The Innocent) was underage, charged him with 'illegal possession and transportation of images involving minors'.

He spent two months locked up in Puerto Rico until his trial where Little Lupe travelled all the way from California to appear as a witness and prove she was indeed Over 18 at the time of publication ... freedom \:)/

I think I have to.

Actually, that's not the first time.

A few years back, a judge locked a guy up that was charged with Child Porn, all because he had dozens of videos on his PC that starred the pornstar Kitty.

Despite them proving Kitty was also over 18, the judge said that because she looked like a preteen, the charge stood.

Actually, I have even read that in a few british trials where there are actually laws against porn where the actors or actresses look underage.

This is probably an apocryphal anecdote. It's dates from the seventies or earlier. That was an ice age ago. These laws alluded to are long gone.

Many, many years ago customs in South Africa were suspicious of a delivery of books. Its title was against local laws. This book was only about a horse written by Anna Sewell.

There are tons of pics of her were she is doing the deed, where she looks no more than 13 or 14.

If anyone was found with those pics, they would be asked to explain them.

Even if you proved she was over 18, you could still face charges based on the fact that she is obviously being depicted as a child.

The laws are not set in stone as to why someone is and isn't charged.

There have been quite a few cases were a judge has commented on the fact that some pornography was a form of pseudo child porn and sentenced based on this.

Also, I wonder how many people have had images of Little Lupe and Kitty on their PCs and were charged with child porn.

A few years back I read about a professor at a college in the UK who was jailed for having child pornography where the girls were judged to be between the ages of 14 and 16.

At the time I remember laughing as the whole of Hustler's Barely Legal DVD series have girls who look that young.
