Creating a wifi network with my O2 dongle

Hey guys, Is there a way I can use my O2 internet dongle to create a Wifi network at home, without having to run a PC (I know there's ways to do it that way, but I'd like a standalone device so I don't need to run a second machine constantly). Thanks, M
