    Hi all,

We made a promise to make a video on this about a month ago and we've been a little too busy to do so. However here's one we recorded yesterday, plus a video of sample training. We've tried to be fairly comprehensive while sticking to the Youtube 10minute limit :), but if you've any further questions feel free to ask and we'll try to answer.

Just FYI regarding technical questions, you're much more likely to get a good answer on our discussion forum as there's a lot of guys who do these drills and similar ones posting there regularly.

Anyway, the videos are here, enjoy!

Thanks for that! Used one of the drills with my girls tonight, great to find something different to use

Nice one. That two footed turn thing is interesting. Might explain my ongoing groin problems on my 'turn' leg.

You wouldn't be the only one. Have you done any specific work on turning mechanics, cutting etc?
