    hi im 17 been weightlifting about 2 months,ive got two supplements at the moment one is Sci-MX] 100% Whey and the other is Nutrition X - RAM (Recovery Accelerator Matrix which one would be better for me as i dont wanna damage myself thanks

    get your diet sorted (take a look at the stickes good info in there), wat sort of program are you doin?

    take the whey with your breakfast and ram after your workout

    thanks what i do is pretty amauteur just go to da gym every second day for a hour and a half.starting supplements now just to get more results my diet still isnt set right doh

    You need at least 3 good square meals a day containin plenty of protein, good carbs and good fats along wit ur supp's, google starting strength its a good program to start wit

    nice1 one more question do i take the supplements on days im not training?

    You could take 2 serving of the whey and leave out the ram on non train day

    I take the whey everyday. On training days I have it no more than half an hour after my workout. Seems to be working so far without any other supplement.
