    Hi all,
    I just started this program yesterday. My main goal is loss some weight.
    I am 85 kgs , 5.8 height and male. I did my first day in week 1 yesterday and looking for my second day 2moro. I am going to post my logs here.
    Any advice welcome to achieve my goal.

    I just finished my 2nd day in week 1 . I am feeling great and looking forward to my 3rd day on satuarday
