Protein Shake before Cardio/Weights?

    Hey,

    Up until now I have been taking a protein shake straight after my workout and just before bed(with milk). My problem is I have to get up to go to the bathroom every night which is beginning to annoy me!

    I was going to switch it around to have it an hour before my cardio/workout session and then straight after my workout.

    I just wanted to know if the pro's of boards think this is ok? :)

    Have the shake an hour before bed with less liquid.

    Also have one before workout(if you havent had protein 1-2 hours prior to training). I have a shake 30-40 mins before, one scoop in 250ml water, then have 300ml water during and then a shake after, hurrican xs.

    I dont bother with the shake before bed, sometimes i will have one about 9pm but i dont really eat or drink after that until i wake up the next day. Smetimes i might have 300ml of milk an hour before bed. I get enough protein during the day as it is.
