Hypertrophy during the summer months

    Just want to get opinions here.

    I'm contemplating embarking on a 6 week hypertrophy phase but tbh I'm not sure it's a great time for it. My BF % is quite low and last time I was in the gym I was lifting very well in my strength phase. Fitness has improved a lot too.

    But I don't know if I could put up with being permanently full for 6 weeks during the summer and also adding a few pounds of body fat!:D

    So has anyone done this during the summer? Would you recommend?

    You're not going to add that much fat or muscle in six weeks so I don't see that being a problem.
