    hi all :) do any of you guys out there have a raleigh burner and are reliving there youth again .im just wondering if i am one of the few crazy ones lol

    yep they sure are like hens teeth ,i have a blue mk1 tuff myself ,the wheather is fab at the min. to take it out for a spin:)

    hi ya i remeber the mk1 tuff burner with blue frame and yellow mags
    any photos???

    just to say to you if you ever sell it please let me know :-) , would love to have an orignial burner, was looking for 1 for my music room in the house hang it on the wall after i take it out for a few bunny hops!! lol

    had a golden coloured one with with black mag wheels , used to love it until i went over the handle bars and landed on my head , while trying to go over a jump , kinda went off it after that:p

    hi as a matter of interest, the mk1 if you do not get a swap would you consider selling the frame and forks?

    is tere any chance you could throw up some photos and did you restore the frame or is it a survivor? love to see it :-)

    I still have my Raleigh Burner, mine is blue and yellow "without mags"... I only recently dug it out the shed and gave it a good wash and it's in pretty good nick considering I wash bashing it up and down the place during the late 80's.
    Almost got binned a few months ago when we had a skip in the driveway.
    Still has the original tyres, bald as a chickens head though. Not surprised what I use to be doing with it :p

    ya bikes look really well love the skyway and the ultra burner

    raleigh vektar today a well sought after bmx
    nothing like it today class bike, i had a grifter and burner and these were the bike for the kool kids in the 80s ;-)

    the vektar is not a burner or a grifter its out there on its own!!!

    fm radio, console, speedometer, 80s sounds, what bike ever had this??

    a rare and well loved bmx in the bmx world check out bmx museam and you see the EXCELLENT reviews for this classic 80s icon ( LOVE IT!!!!)

    yep im a nut my mk1 got stolen got it back wrecked so decided i wanted one again there like hens teeth ,reliving my youth if you no wot i mean :) i wud be well up for meeting up where abouts are you mate

    Great bike. Sadly with my young cousins now, being used all wrongly. They were cycling on the wheels with no tyres :(

    (I know because I drove the family mad,collecting the reflectors from cornflakes)

    got it in mother red caps market around 1989ish
