    I was just wondering if anyone ever tried this stuff i was recently across the pond and picked up a tub i havent tried it yet as im on my cycle off period for creatine but will be trying it soon. hope it wasnt a waste of my money

    O.P ive moved this to the main fitness forum. Im going to leave it open for discussion as to the benifits etc.As far as i know no xplode is illegal to buy in irealnd (correct me if im worng)so please dont ask where it can be got.

    buy the creatine seperate and save your money IMO - there are wayy more things to get worked up about in your training and diet.
