I have a standard York weights bench and am looking for exercises to build my upper chest. I do a lot of running and some weights but can't seem to build this area. Any tips welcome.

as in, is there a chest to build?
and should he just train hard and eat right, build some sort of a chest and then worry about targeting specific parts of it?

well that is the most obvious thing that comes to mind when i hear people are training at home and possibly doing no hard leg work.
