Hey guys . I've decided to start this 'fitness' business and I am beginning a training programme called ' Insanity ' by Shawn T . I want maximum results and want to do everything i can to achieve this . I am 17, 12 stone, I am average height and build ( neither overweight or skinny) . So I'm looking for advice on diet, protein supplements, ect ... Im mainly looking for 6 pack abs, bigger arms but not HUGE . I'd really appreciate your help, thank you .

i know you said you have a programme but you should go for this first, then attempt another programme.

    http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/

Diet wise, dont eat junk(or dont eat it too often). Eat lean meat, plenty of veg. 1 gallon of water minimum a day(takes a while to get used to drinkin loads without goin to th toilet all the time).

Supplement wise, you dont really need them but if you are on a budget just get some Whey protein

    try here: www.myprotein.co.uk

If you cant order online then just go to your local supplement store and buy some whey.

Another bit of advice is dont follow magazines(most of them are owned by supplement companies)

And lastly, use this forum, cant go wrong in my opinion. You will learn more here and get more tips here than any magazine or pro bodybuilder programme out there.

If you post up what you intend doing on a daily basis a few of the lads here will give you pointers.

If your worried about getting HUGE you should read the fitness sticky first.
