Berocca : To drink or not whilst dieting?

I have recently started drinking Berocca in the mornings and find it great for energy.

It is however very sweet and at times I feel like I'm drinking a big glass of sugar! I'm trying to lose weight at the minute and am afraid that this could hinder it.

    Anyone have any thoughts?:)

Does it give the n.v's on the pack?
I take one the morning of a race that's it, you shouldn't need one for energy on a day to day basis really (unless you have a young baby!) , if you do you prob need to address your diet/lifestyle

It uses sweetener. I'm sure there are very few calories in it. 10 or less I'd say.

Berocca boost is my favourite. No sugar, and has guarana which basically a stimulant in it too.

    Calories are pretty much non-existent.
I think its actually a placebo. It might perk you up, but it's not going to give you any energy (as a fuel for the body), couldn't survive on it, won't help you in a race or a match (in the way that carbs will) etc.
