Have you got your results yet?

It seems people have got their results but my class still haven't got theirs yet. I was in registrations today and they said they'd be out this evening but also mentioned they'd be out yesterday to another one of the lads. I'm just interested who's actually got theirs and who hasn't.

Im in Bolton Street, the exam board was last Thursday and a lecturer told us it could be 2 week sby the time they are uploaded because the staff are down from 8 to 3 in the exams office. The same lecturer then said it could be this week that we find out which would be good. I remember after repeats it was so long that the head of department had to bring everyone in to his office personally to give out the results after about3 or 4 weeks of final year.

mine were due out yesterday between 4 and 5 came out arounf 7:45. Everything the exams office tell ya is an estimate.

Is there a threshold on the exam?
E.g if there is a 50% pass rate on the exam and you didn't make that, you could pass overall but you'll still have to repeat the exam if you didn't make the threshold. I think thats what the N/A means.

I got an email from the exams office this afternoon in Aungier St stating that our course exam results have been delayed and will not be released until Monday evening at 5pm.

I won't be holding my breath on this however as my mate was in contact with them yesterday and they were supposed to be released to us online this evening at 4pm!

I'm in DT358/2 by the way!

Was told that DT001 would be up by the end of this week, its Friday and they are not up. Heres hoping Monday but could be longer. Its been over a week since the exam board has sat.

Nah problem solved,got a phone call from DIT saying they made a mistake and i DID pass the module. Just Happy i have no repeats

Mine came out on the 17th.

Ours were supposed to be out last friday, then emailed saying they'd be today at 4pm. Now told it's not until Thursday. Exam board met last week supposedly.


Very happy that this will be the last time i've to put up with the DIT admin.

Due to system downtime we unfortunately are unable to release your results online today. Pass lists have been posted on the notice boards in the foyer of DIT Aungier Street. You will require your student ID number to access your results.

It is anticipated that your results will be available online by 5pm on Friday 25th. Please check your student email account for updates.

That was sent out yesterday evening. They are really taking the piss at this stage.

Until DIT get their act together computer-wise they should just keep posting out the results. It's a shambles.

Got mine on thursday. 2nd engineering. I failed one at Christmas but this time it says i got 35%.(I think my lecturer brought me up) So now it says nothing about repeat examinations on my results page? It also says passed by compensation at the top of the page? Im taking it that i passed and now have no repeats but im gona ring them on monday to clarify this. Just wondering has anybody ever heard of this happening before?

Still waiting, people from my class have rang every week this week and keep getting told "they will be up this afternoon." This is a joke! Absolute disgrace that all other years have results apart from the most important to have their results, the final year students who need them for jobs and masters etc.

same here, was told the exact same thing today, that's the third time since last week. they don't seem to know themselves, so they just say "they'll be out later today". waiting to see if i can book some holidays, the full timers from our course had their results 2 weeks ago!
