The Anoraks are a retro-inspired psychedelic rock'n'roll band looking for a new drummer to join them asap!

We are in the middle of recording our debut single/EP with an album to follow and need a drummer who preferrably has the same influences (no goths or death metal heads.......and NO Radiohead/Coldplay misery!!) and is fully committed to gigging/touring, rehearsing, recording, video/photo shoots, promo etc!!

Our influences include: The Beatles, Kinks, Who, Stones, Small Faces, Doors, Oasis, Ocean Colour Scene, Weller, The Jam, Stone Roses, Supergrass, Charlatans, Kula Shaker, Kasabian, Jet, The Coral, The Verve, The La's, The Zutons, Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Redwalls, The Byrds, Beach Boys, The Animals, Moody Blues, Procal Harum, The Zombies, Mod/Northern Soul,Motown, Nuggets, Neil Young, Buffalo Springfield, Cat Stevens....!!!!!

We are in the process of trying to secure a record deal so commitment and focus is essential........no timewasters please!!!
