    Hi all, just looking for some advice.

    I've been on a low carb diet (well properly with no cheats!) for 4 days and all day yesterday I felt so weak. I heard people can get weak around the 3 day mark.

    Anyway I ended up going out last night had a few vodkas & diet coke. Didn't eat anything after my dinner at 6 and woke up this morning around 6am feeling really really weird. Not a hangover because I didn't have too much and it doesn't feel like one. But I had to come down and have something to eat but still feel weird.

    Could this be because I drank alcohol? Or is it just as simple as I went for 12 hours with nothing to eat?
