    He's great, i done 2 classes there in non-contact kickboxing so it was more shadowboxing and ground excercises. Nearly pucked, i had pains in areas i never had before, i thought it was great but my mate didnt want to go again as he wasnt fit enough for Mauro's regime :D

    His classes certainly aren't for the fainthearted, but he's fine here with guys taking it easy if they're not up to it :) He and his partner have just had a baby, so he's just teaching one class here for the moment, Boxing on a Wed night... very much contact! Hopefully we'll have him back teaching the MMA striking classes soon.

    While i was watching that i was like " lost for words - Blown away " On till i seen the last 30 seconds ... It totally changed my mindset on him :rolleyes:

    Disagree. The last 30m seconds is the best part. These guys don't just automatically decide to do this stuff one day and magically pull it all off. It takes so much work and effort. Practice makes perfect!
