Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. I usually follow a very healthy calorie controlled diet and weigh approx 8st. Due to some recent emotional issues i have been overindulging with food and alcohol, This issues have been resolved but i am currently 3/4 stone heavier!!! I am really anxious to get back to original weight and am wondering if i resume my old healthy eating will the weight gradually fall off. Or in peoples experience, will i need to be more drastic?? Thanks for reading!

I'd also say that regardless of what weight you've gained, just start again with a clean slate. Forget about what you ate/didn't ate before, pretend like it never happened! Easier said than done I know but beating yourself up over it isn't gonna help...You already have proved you can lose the weight before so you can do it again :) Just take it slowly, a week at a time and slowly work on your food and exercise habits..
