Muscle Cramp in a cast

    broke my ankle. 10 days to cast off. (cant wait)

    But my calf muscle is cramping everyday now.

    I cant move the joint because of a cast.

    Some one told me on that a solution of salt and water will stop cramp.

    Does anyone know the remedy

    no point asking the other forums . The fitness guys im sure get cramp more than the med guys
