Bicep query

Guys just a quick question re bicep formation...

When I have my bicep flexed, there is about a 2cm gap between where my bicep begins to rise and where my forearm is at 90 degrees. Is there any exercises to do to build this up or is it a black spot?

I was told hammers help to target this but they don't seem to be doing anything...

    Cheers

It's the insertion tendon of the biceps (where the muscle comes to a point and attaches to the bone). The are muscles under and to the sides that maybe you could target (The brachialis and brachioradialis) but I don't know/think they will change so much, it's the way your arm is supposed to look! Maybe preacher curls/concentration curls and as you mentioned hammer curls? I'm lazy about my arms, someone else will know how to target these better.
