Problem with windows clock and with windows update

    Hello, ive got 2 problems I hope to get help on, firstly, in windows update, for the past week or so, im getting a pop up saying I need to update to "office 1.5 add on". I install the update, everythings fine, but when I restart my PC, it asks me to install the update again. Why is this? What am I doing wrong?

    Secondly is, I cant seem to add any extra clocks anymore. I used to be able to add an australia and american clock to the bottom right of the taskbar, but now when I got to add one, it just shows "(UTC) Dublin, London, Lisbon" and I cant add any other clocks. Any help again please?

    Im on windows 7 and its a genuine copy of it.
