Butt Winking (Not porn related sorry)

With squats and deadlifts I have a butt wink nearing the end of the movement. However if i switch to sumo stance on the deadlift, it disappears. According to a physio this is due to weak muscles in my lower back and a PT said it was due to poor activation of the hip flexors and my hip flexors being too tight. Just wondering what peoples opinion on here are as to butt winking and its cause.

I know everyone has different issues when it comes to muscle weaknesses and tightness but interested in peoples opinion.

Butt winking could be caused by tight hamstrings as well. Without seeing you it's hard to know what's going on, and how severe it is.

Generally people will need to stretch out their hip flexors, along with a host of other things.
