Last years exam was SO easy. Like, you needed to know barely anything. If you look at it you'll actually notice they had three separate easy questions - like question 5 I think everyone always does, but it really was simple. Lets hope its the same this year! Looking back to only like a few years ago, it was rock hard. They didnt even have a full question on the maps and surveys!

Pretty much confirmed A for a looooooot of people. No worries at all :D

A for about one in 12 who sit it, so let's not get carried away. Percentage-wise, more people get A in Honours Irish, Maths, History or English.

That said, all JC exams are designed for candidates to get the maximum marks they can.

Supposedly geography is a hard subject to get an A in, no matter how easy the exam seems. I remember last year that loads of people were disappointed with their B in geography, they all thought they got higher!

You'd think it's grand but I got a C in the mocks because the correcter was very nit-picky and you had to have exact detail.

I've gotten an A in most my geography tests including my mocks, tbh Ill be disappointed with anything less :/

Short questions are worth 40% of this exam! I'm hoping for an A, I'll be disappointed if I got a B but think this could be a hard paper as last year's was so easy.

Eh... I think it's a factor in industrialization.

It helps companies decide where to go?

I know it helps a countries development.

I heard from someone they'll put in volcanoes somewhere because of the one in Iceland but surely this paper has been set out since before that?

I've just opened the book there a minute ago for the first time since or last Geography class!
But we do have a CLASS geography teacher in fairness!
We've been through the whole book like 4 times and we have really good notes as well!

So it's safe to say we're all confident about Geography?

Sure once you have the short questions done (assuming you've done well) it's not too hard to get a good grade.
