    HI,

I have been putting this of for ages but its about time I got out there and started on the C25K programme.

Is there anyone in the Bray area would like to join me for some running and craic on a journey to fitness eh??

Wold hope to start in the next few weeks> want to get myself a decent pair of trainers first.

    Anyone?

Try asking on the A/R/T forum or on the Couch to 5k support thread on the Food Diary forum?
