Help with Toning Up??

    Hi guys,

    I'm not saying I'm fat (I'm 5'6'' and 130lbs) but I have a tiny frame and have put on well over a stone since I started college and I have a lot of fat around my mid section hips and thighs. I'm skinny fat, as I look very toned when I have my clothes on, but it's not very nice to see what lies beneath! :eek:

    I've recently been offered commercial modelling work and the problem is that I'm going to be asked to wear tiny outfits if I accept work on photocalls.

    ANY help with diet and toning exercise plans, especially for the midsection and thighs would be very much appreciated!
