    Hi

I'm on the look out for a PT in the Dublin area. I'm eager to get fit after a yr and a bit on from having major surgery.

I'd need to find a PT experienced in dealing with clients who have cardiac illness as I can't lift heavy weights or go on mad long cardio sessions.

I'v emailed a few and even tried contacting the Mater hospital for info on someone that deals with ppl with this prob but haven't got any decent info yet so if there's anyone out there that could help I'd appreciate it

    thanks:)

Without prying too much, how debilitating is your condition? What level of stress can you tolerate?

Dominic Munnelly would be who I'd recommend as a PT. I don't know what experience he has with dealing with medical conditions but he knows his stuff.

    thetransformationcatalyst.com is his website.

    Hope that helps,
    Colm

These guys might be able to help you..worth a call anyway. They are in Bray, Co Wicklow which is about 25 mins from city centre.
