Running training help

    I've recently started to try to get fitter and more mobile. hpwever when trying to do football training i feel dead on my feet and very much one paced. after training my lower back feels unreal stiff and aching and both hamstrings feel stiff and sore.

    any tips in how to combat these problems and any tips in how to increase fitness and mobility?!
