This weekend 98FM are doing a special coverage of the workings of the Coast Guard and RNLI in Dublin. Extracts of interviews and safety messages will be played after their News Piece through out the weekend.

Also the Coast Guard are doing a Rescue Demo on the Liffey for Maritime Festival and Dollymount Beach for the Battle of the Bay.

Especially after the tragic events over the last couple of weeks around Ireland's Coast it’s an important time to get the safety message out there of the importance of Wearing a Life Jacket. More details on Howth Coast Guard's facebook page
