Waterbury 10-10 program?

    I'm just finishing up on a bulk that has brought me upto 14st 7pounds and i am soon going to start a cut. at the moment i am using madcow 5x5 but i feel that this program might be too taxing while i am trying to cut. has anyone got any experience of the waterbury 10-10 program? the rountines look tough but good however the lack of carbs puts me off a little.

    any advice would be appreciated

    stats: weight>14st 7
    body fat> 20%
    squat 1rm> 120kg
    bench 1rm> 92.5kg
    deadlift 1rm> 145kg
