    how would i go about getting a square jaw like is there any exercises as i have a really ugly jaw and would prefer a square jaw, if u understand

    You jaw line is shaped the way it is, you're not going to be able to fix it without reconstructive surgery or something along those lines.

    anyone please help,

    the reason i ask is my jaw bone has declined (bad description) as i have lost many teeth in the past few years, does anyone know anything about this stuff please help.

    this is really affecting my confidence

    Hi littletony

    In all honesty, an public internet forum is not the place to get this issue sorted.

    You need to start off with possibly your GP, who could hopefully refer you on to the correct medical practitioner who would be able to advise you as to what options are available to you.

    Honestly I don't know of any exercise, food stuff or dietary supplement which is going to help with the issue you outline and this is after all a fitness forum for the discussion of fitness related topics.

    I am really sorry that I can't be of more help.
