Does this happen to anyone else?

Today I went to the gym for a cardio session. Afterwards, I came home, ate a meal then went to play 5 a side footy. About half an hour after the game, I sat down to use the computer, and my vision started to get really blurry, and things came in and out of focus. Then after about half an hour my vision got better but I got a really bad headache.

This happens to me quite regularly, always the exact same way. First the blurred vision, then a headache. It always happens after exercise, when I'v sweated a lot. I don't know what's causing it. I can only assume it's dehydration. I stayed well hydrated the whole day, and as soon as I started experiencing the blurred vision I immediately started drinking pint after pint of water.

I would be a fair bit fitter than the average person and I follow a well balanced diet, so there's no problems there. If it's relevant, today I had a cup of coffee and two 5g servings of creatine, which I'v heard can cause dehydration. However, this has been happening to me since I'v been about 12, when I didn't take creatine or drink coffee. I find it usually happens after a long lay off, when I'm more unfit than usual. I really want to find out exactly what the problem is, and if there's any quick solutions. Can anyone help?

Better off going to a specialist about that, not the internet. Could be something minor but it may also be something quite serious.
