    Hey guys

I'm 10 st at the moment, 5'4, hoping to go down to 9 by august and maybe tone up.

Currently I have 2 small meals a day, the rest is fruit
I'm a veggie so my meals are usually
Rice with sauce and quorn chicken
Cous Cous with vegetables, grilled/roasted peppers etc
    Pasta with homemade sauce
Fajita dinner kit with peppers, sweetcorn etc..
    Stir fry veg
One pasta ready meal a week on days when I havent time to make dinner, usually a friday
And some days I have chips with veg and some leftovers

    For breakfast;
    Yogurt
    Mini Pnacakes (2)
    Fruit salad

As you can see millions of carbs
I was a fizzy drink and takeaway addict cut that out completely
and I go to the gym 3 hours every day and a swim and lots of cycling

Is a stone by august an achieveable goal on this diet or should i change?

It's possible, but you'd need to sort the diet.
Read the stickies and work out maintenance calories and stick to a deficit.
    Introduce some protein

What are you doing in the gym...

3 hours is major overkill, you could be much much more efficient with your time.

What they said ^^^ what are you doing in the gym for 3hrs a day?!!

Same as above, I'd adjust your diet. Try and have 3 meals a day, don't skip breakfast, will make you hungrier throughout the day. I'd also keep an eye on the amount of fruit you're eating, and check the portion size of your carbs.

But it's definitely do-able, just a few changes to be made :)
