Hoping to lose chest and belly fat

Hi, I'm new to these forums and was hoping that some of you could give me some basic info and tips on losing fat around the chest and stomach areas.

I'm a 22 year old male, and I'm 5ft 10". Im about 11 stone and I'm quite slim (I have a 28 inch waist), but I do have some fat around my chest and belly. I've actually lost about 2 stone in the past year, not from any particular exercise or diet but from just generally eating less junk.

However, for as long as I can remember now there has been excess fat on my abdomen which I've never been able to shift. They're not really moobs, but I'd definitely like to trim the fat in that area. So I'm looking for some simple exercise and diet tips to help me lose these last few pounds.

I work Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 16:30, so I'll mainly be looking to exercise at the weekend. Also, I haven't done any exercise regularly for a long time now, so I imagine I'll probably be quite unfit.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Basically, its simple cut out all the junk food, eat less carbs & more protein and healthy fats while maintaining a calorie deficit and lift loads of heavy weights

Thats it in a nutshell. Guaranteed to work
