In 8 is this a film within a film? i.e. it looks like a film set in the picture?

Is it about a stuntman or somehting like that?

You're on the right track, it is a set (of sorts). But it has nothing to do with stuntmen

    Some clues for these:

3.A 60s British movie which makes a case to reform a particular piece of law

    8. The lead actress was quite a recent Oscar winner at the time of this movie's release. Her male co-star would go on to be an Oscar winner and multiple Oscar nominee in later years.

Altered States is right - well done - but it's not Spellbound.
It's a different film with the same two men starring and directing.
