    Excellent. Well done!

It was Vincent Gardenia (who also starred with Cher in Moonstruck)

    1. Double oscar winner and very well known. Some of you may be kicking yourselves for not spotting this sooner!

    The Missouri Breaks.

    Is it Bob le flambeur

Zeek 12 #5 is Repulsion (Catherine Deneuve's hands holding the razor).
Mizu Ger #10 (the man in the sunglasses) is Alan Arkin in Wait Until Dark.

Zeek 12 #8 I'm going to guess as The Damned, based solely on the Brownshirt.

2025 Gigs and Events: Stuart Murdoch, Lyle Lovett, Stuart Murdoch, Wolf Alice, Camera Obscura, The Corrs/Imelda May/Natalie Imbruglia, Iron Maiden, Neil Young/Van Morrison, Dua Lipa, Lana Del Rey, Weezer, Sparks (x2), The Doobie Brothers, Billie Eilish (x2), Oasis, Sharon Van Etten, The Human League/Blancmange, Deacon Blue/Turin Brakes, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings (x2), Nerina Pallot, Sleeper, Wolf Alice

I'm probably WAY off the mark here, but I have this weird feeling that #3 is a flashback or sequence from a film that isn't in black and white. Am I right?

Yes, you're on the right track.
The movie begins with some disturbing footage of the past, then quickly jumps to present day (in colour) where the young boy in the shot is now an adult.

Not a bad guess. But No.
Similar era though. You're very close with the year of release

Total guess because I haven't seen it in years, but is it Raising Cain?

    Some clues

    4. A sci-fi thriller from the 2000's. I don't think it got much attention. This shot is from a "presentation" being attended by the main character.
    vlcsnap-2013-04-23-21h41m01s222_zpse7f71176.jpg

    7. Film set in Paris and released in both English and French dubs (I think). That's the director pictured (in the main role).
    vlcsnap-2013-04-23-21h19m42s214_zpsb45ac6d1.jpg

    9. French film, which won a ton of awards in France and starred a famous french father/son pair (playing the same character at different ages).
