    HIIT sessions can be done on a rower very effectively.
    Don't get tied down with what is HIIT and what isn't.
    Its really just a name for repeatedly going balls hard and recovering.
    Loads of people do stuff which could be called HIIT but don't call it that.

    As for the links they look alright.
    You could also do some Crossfit workouts of some sort.
    Although plyo pushups might be hard if you haven't done them before.
