Perfect fit - any good?

    Hello! :)
    I know that in here there are some personal trainers from Perfect Fit.
    But I would like the honest opinion from people who have tried (and not heard of) this option.
    Following someone's advice from the board (for something they have heard of), I tried another personal training option and I wasn't at all satisfied :mad:, so I am looking for a better solution..
    Does anyone know how it works? Rates etc?

    What about the C25K program? It's the one I've seen the most of on the boards.

    ( C25K = Couch to 5k )
